Children
and Families

Children and Family Ministry serves families with children between the ages of
8 weeks–fourth grade. Weekly Sunday School, weeknight programs, Faith Milestones and family events are some of the fun things that take place for families throughout the year. All children, including those who have special developmental and/or health challenges are welcome. We have environments created just for them.

Here at Peachtree Church, children learn that the Bible is not simply a collection of stories, but God’s unified story of redemption
that they are a part of!
We love seeing kids worshipping God.

Sunday Mornings (before August 15)

Enter through the Family Commons lobby. Nursery age children may enter through the Nest doors or the Family Commons doors. Sign in as usual via the check-in system to retrieve your security badges. If this is your first time in Children’s Ministry, please visit the desk to register your child for Sunday mornings. Children ages 3 and up will head up the grand staircase to the sanctuary with their family and we have The North Transept reserved as family seating.

Following the service, please pick up your children. First to fourth grade will be in the Lookout, preschoolers and kindergarteners will be in the Cabin, and the littlest ones will be in the Nest.

As always, please be on the alert for signs of any illness before arrival to campus and keep your child(ren) home if they present symptoms.

Children’s Ministry staff will follow campus hygiene mandates.

Children are assigned to and move through rooms based on developmental milestones, such as infants, crawlers, and walkers, until they are toddlers. Toddlers are assigned to a classroom with other children their age and remain in that classroom until moving to The River once they are 3 years old and fully potty-trained.
