Jesika Ruiz is the Senior Director of Human Resources. As the head of HR, she is actively engaged in enhancing understanding and inclusivity within Peachtree. Leveraging her bilingual leadership skills, she is driving transformative changes across both the organization and its congregation.
Jesika has cultivated a global perspective, having gained valuable professional and educational experience in her home country of Puerto Rico during the formative years of her career. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and MBA in Human Resources from the Universidad Interamericana de PR, complemented by studies at the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
Throughout her 25-year career, Jesika has been on a mission to shape empathetic spaces, foster collaborative environments, and expand inclusivity within and beyond the workplace. Her experience includes working for T.Y. Lin International and Piedmont National before joining Peachtree in 2023.
Jesika is an active volunteer in the community; she currently volunteers with foster parents in Woodstock.
