In 2008, at the age of 26, Katherine nearly died from a catastrophic brainstem stroke. Her survival and continued recovery as well as the birth of a second child have been nothing short of miraculous. Katherine will share her story of how she and her family continue to Suffer Strong. She will dismantle the myth that joy can only be found in a pain-free life, and she will offer practical insights into how to survive anything by redefining how we think about everything.
